A 45min workshop that will incorporate body weight resistance exercises with mobility (stretching) to condition you specifically for running and cycling. Resistance exercises are often neglected by those that participate in sports or leisure time activity but it has been proven to improve performance, improve running efficiency and reduce the likelihood of injury for runners.
All are welcome! - different exercise variations will be given to suit the individual level.

The workshop will be from 10:30-11:15 & the bar will be open for beers from 12 after the session.
Please bring a mat or towel for the floor and a water bottle if needed.
