What a Night with Vivobarefoot!

What an incredible evening the Vivobarefoot team truly delivered from start to finish. We were treated to an inspiring talk, followed by a relaxed run around the harbour (and somehow no rain for once!). Great company, great energy, and a snack table and beer selection that definitely didn’t disappoint. Huge thanks to the team for hosting such a memorable event.

The focus of the evening was learning about different footwear styles, natural movement, and the process behind barefoot running. We explored why strengthening foot muscles matters, how it can improve balance, and how increased ground feel and sensory feedback can help runners develop better posture and running form. Vivobarefoot promotes barefoot running as a skill-building journey, encouraging gradual adaptation to reduce injury risk and build more natural, efficient movement patterns over time.
